COVID-19 Safety Policies & Procedures for Service Calls

Superior Mechanical’s number one priority is to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.

Superior has procedures and policies in place to ensure a safe service call to your home with minimal contact.

Technicians will:

    • be dispatched from their home instead of our office in order to minimize contact with others
    • sanitize the areas they work in.
    • arrive at your home wearing a mask and boot covers.
    • will do their best to minimize the time in your home.
    • will practice social distancing (6 feet).
    • will not distribute paper invoices. All materials will be emailed to you.

Any employee who is feeling ill will remain home.
